This is because if a consumer is dissatisfied with the district forum”™s order, he/she can file an appeal in the State Commission within 30 days of passing of the order. As Sonika decided to appeal after 2 months, i.e. 60 days, of the passing of the forum”™s order, she cannot file the appeal.
