D.A.V. Sreshtha Vihar was established in 1989 and since then it has been training the flame of D.A.V. excellence and creating new breakthrough in the world of education.

Campus Details

The school’s infrastructure has been structured to engineer holistic development of a child. DAV Public School, Sreshtha Vihar, has boldly stepped into its adulthood and has also kept pace in terms with its reputation and achievements in every field.
- Our school library is like the nerve center of the school. It is rich in collection, good in environment, and excellent in services, we provide to the users.
- The school has own/ Private Contract (CNG) buses available for use by the school children on payment of prescribed bus fees.
- The school has special counselling facility for the students on regular basis. The children can also drop in letters which are immediately taken care of by the counsellor. The Principal and the Counsellors work together towards providing timely counselling to the students.
- There are guards posted at all entry and exit gates at all times.
- The buses are fitted with GPS to enable the transport in-charges of the school to handle any emergency.
- Washrooms for students and teachers have been renovated. The classrooms and corridors are dusted and cleaned painstakingly. The housekeeping is overseen by a team of teachers on every floor.

Awards & Achievements

1. World Environment Congress Award:-on the occasion of world environment day (5th June, 2013), the school got the ‘eco- friendly school of the year award’ from World Environment Congress, 2013.
2. Best e-School Award - The School received the Best e-School Award in World Education Summit organized by Elets, NCERT, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, UNESCO, AICTE.
3. The School has been accredited with the British Council International School Award 2013-16.
4. Principal Mrs. Premlata Garg was awarded the prestigious ‘National Award To Teachers 2011‘ by The Ministry of Human Resources, Govt. of India for her contribution to education and social cause. She was awarded by the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee in a glittering function at Vigyan Bhavan.
