Founded in March 2008, Oakridge International School, Vishakhapatnam is a day cum residential co-educational English medium school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), UK. The school campus sprawls over 10 acres facilitating world class infrastructure to cater to the scholastic and non-scholastic interests of the students.

Campus Details

OIS, Vishakhapatnam campus spreads across 10 acres facilitating 30 spacious and well ventilated classrooms equipped with ICT learning, a computer lab hosting 81 computers configured with latest software and technologies and a school library stocked with 3658 books, journals, records, reference textbooks and other useful books.
OIS, Vishakhapatnam auditorium has a seating capacity of 500, and is equipped with the latest equipments. Sports facilities include a cricket ground, basketball court, football field, swimming pool, lawn tennis court and a badminton court

Oakridger Shanti Rayudu brought great accomplishment to the school with her achievement in the Spell Bee Mega Final National held at Kolkata on 22nd December. She won over children from more than 350 schools across India. Like previous years, in 2013 too Oakridge Vizag passed out with flying colors in the CBSE Class X exams. Among the students who appeared for the exams 46 percent scored 90 percent and above while 44 percent scored 85 percent and above.

The admission process commences in the month of November every year.

An attested photocopy of chils birth certificate issued by the relevant Municipal Corporation or passport copy for date of birth proof

Certificate from the school in which the candidate has been studying at the time of admission to Oakridge

Six passport size photos of the child

Secondary (VI to IX): CBSE Rs. 1,58,300 (Rs. 374576 for boarders); CIE Rs. 1,96,650 (362926 for boarders)

Higher Secondary (X, XI and XII): Rs. 1,66,700 (332976 for boarders)
